This page is a template, not legal advice, and it is not complete. Adapt every paragraph below to what your bakery actually does, and consult a lawyer before publishing if what you collect goes beyond a name and a way to reply.
What this site collects
The order request form asks for a bake, a date, a quantity, a name, a way to reply, and an open note. That is all it asks for, and the note field is deliberately open rather than a set of tick boxes: somebody may use it to mention an allergy, and an allergy written into a website form is not a medical record you are set up to keep. Read it, act on it, and talk to the person.
If you add fields to that form, the answers you collect are held to the same rules as the answers you take across the counter.
Where it goes
Nothing is stored by this website. The form posts to whatever endpoint is set
in src/lib/site.ts — your own inbox, or a form service. Name that here.
Analytics
This template ships with no analytics and no cookies. If you add either, say so here, name the provider, and say what it stores.
